Add a Loxo action to quickly connect to your CRM and automatically lookup or sync records.

For Loxo there are 3 different actions that can be used for any record:

  • Create Person

  • Update Person

  • Find Person


1️⃣ Create Person

If you want to:

  • Create a new person in your Loxo Account.

Create Person

For Create Person you need to first choose the name you want to create. After mapping the initial input, you'll see all of the properties you have in your Loxo instance below. You can map entire columns to the different Loxo properties.

Just click on the property you want to add info to, type "/", and select a column from your table.

See example below for creating a new person.


2️⃣ Update Person

If you want to:

  • Update an existing person in your Loxo Account.

Update Person

After mapping the initial input, you'll see all of the properties you have in your Loxo instance below. You can map entire columns to the different Loxo properties.

For Update Person you need to first map the Person ID.

  • The ID of the person to update. This is usually returned from the Find Person action or taken from a Loxo source.


3️⃣ Find Person

If you want to:

  • Find a person in your loxo account by email address or LinkedIn URL.

Select the type of record you want to use to find a person by ib Loxo.
