Customers.ai helps you increase sales by identifying and remarketing to engaged visitors. In this help center article, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to seamlessly integrate Customers.ai with Clay using the webhook enrichment.
Create a webhook in Customers.ai
On your Clay account, select the webhook source to get your webhook URL.
Select "Integrations" on the Dashboard and look for "JSON Webhooks" under "CRM Connections".
Under "Connection Setting" on Customers.ai's JSON Webhook Connection, paste your Clay webhook URL.
Set up the attributes to send to Clay via advanced JSON Editor or mapping out existing Customers.ai attributes.
