Updated over a week ago

Introduction

JustCall (Sales Dialer) is an all-in-one business communication platform that helps you connect with prospects and customers across voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You can automate workflows with 100+ integrations and AI to grow your business on autopilot. In this help center article, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to seamlessly integrate JustCall (Sales Dialer) with Clay.

Create a webhook in JustCall(Sales Dialer)

  1. In your Clay account, select the webhook source to get your webhook URL

  2. Set up workflow in Sales Dialer and send sample payload to Clay:

    1. Log in to Sales Dialer and navigate to "Workflows" from the sidebar.

    2. Click "New Workflow".

    3. Name your workflow and select the campaign you'll be dialing from. Make sure the option "Apply to all campaigns" is turned off and then save.

    4. Make a call from the selected campaign, choose one of the dispositions set up in the workflow, and save the call. This will send a sample payload to your Clay table.

  3. Map fields in the sample payload to columns in the Clay table:

    1. In Clay, under the "Webhook URL", you will see parameters for all the data sent from Sales Dialer that can be mapped to different columns.

    2. Click on "Conditions" and add a condition.

    3. In the first dropdown, choose "Disposition is set to". In the second dropdown, select the disposition that will be used when the lead is interested and needs to be added to the Clay table. If you have multiple dispositions, you can add a condition for each one, separated by "OR", to ensure the workflow triggers for any of the selected dispositions.

    4. Click "Actions" and add the action "Send data to webhook". In the "URL" field, paste the webhook URL generated by Clay.

    5. Map the parameters in the webhook to the corresponding columns in your Clay table based on your requirements.
