Creating a new workbook allows you to connect and visualize various tasks between multiple tables within your workspace

Create a Workbook and Tables

  1. Create a Workbook:

    • Open the Clay application.

    • Click on the "+ Create New" button.

    • Select "Workbook" from the available options to initiate the creation of a workbook.

  2. Add a Table to the Workbook:

    • Open the newly created workbook.

    • Inside the workbook, use the options provided to either:

      • Select a data source to populate your table, or

      • Create a blank table if no data source is necessary.

The recent updates to the Clay interface have changed where and how tables can be created. Previously, users could create tables directly from the '+New' menu. This option has now been removed, and all table creation is centralized within workbooks.
