Handling Invalid Data from Providers
If a provider charges us for an API call, we will also charge Clay credits for that call. However, if a provider refunds us due to the inability to deliver valid data, we will correspondingly refund those credits back to you.
Refund Policy
Provider Charges for Invalid Data:
If a provider charges Clay for an API call that returns invalid data, the corresponding Clay credits will be charged to you.
Provider Refunds for Invalid Data:
If the provider refunds Clay due to the invalid data, we will refund those credits back to you.
